Who people chose to date is no one's fucking business. In a relationship, there are TWO people. In this case, those two people are Rain and Kim Tae Hee. No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. And it's nobody's right to know either.

ReplyDeletethe first hallyu wave was started by dramas such as winter sonata, yes i agree with that. however, we have entered the second, greater, hallyu wave in the aftermath of dbsk's success in japan (the post 'sorry sorry' & 'nobody' era), music is now what drives it all over asia. additionally the first great wave was centered around japan mainly with a bit of influence creeping into china. now though, kpop idol groups are making ripples around all of asia and are also making splashes in other smaller continents as well. music has taken over as korea's major export, how else do you justify mid-tier groups like mblaq, after school, secret and tara holding concerts/showcases all over asia. still however, the korean public remains ignorant of this change and still, for some strange reason, see actors as superior to singers.

ReplyDeleteShe's really popular because she's well educated (graduated from the prestigious Seoul National University), I think she came from a good family background, and most people in Korea think she's one of the prettiest actress. She's pretty scandal-free, has a good image, and I think people like her a lot as a person.

I agree, if the public likes her so much, they should trust that she has good judgement in deciding whether a guy is right for her or not instead of deciding for her based on what they know of Rain.
